The location was mind-blowing, right off the main commercial centre and close to all the attractions. The view of the little square and cafe area was jaw-dropping. The apartment was super clean with high-standard facilities, perfect for a family of four. The hostess Noelia was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the comfortable beds, light and airy atmosphere, and the private patio. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic trip. We will definitely be back!

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider selection of items.

our recent stay in palma de mallorca was exceptional. confraria singular suites exceeded our expectations with its amazing location, spacious apartment, and helpful host. the private roof terrace was a sunny bonus that made our valentine's day even more special.
Occasional drainage smell in the en suite shower.

Great location! Close to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. Easy access to bus stops. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The private lift access was a nice touch, making it easy to come and go. The west facing sun deck was a bonus, especially during the summer.
Noise from the bedroom window was quite loud, even on quiet nights. The staff/owner was very late in handing over the key without any apology.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with beautifully presented apartments and thoughtful touches like wine and sweets upon arrival. The location was perfect, central but not noisy, and the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
One small improvement that could be made would be to offer a greater variety of breakfast items.
